Welcome to the Perley Health's employee web portal. QHRnet provides secure self-serve access to important information and requests electronically.

Please exercise proper precautions and security when reviewing or printing your information within the Perley Health or from home.

Please consult the attachment to your December 21, 2009 pay advice or the January 4, 2010 Between Us Briefly for instructions to log into and use QHRnet.

Important Items to note:

Availability: To ensure your availability is submitted accurately, manually enter your availability rather than using the pattern function in QHR Net. Editing even one shift within a pattern will cause the entire availability pattern to disappear.
Leave requests: Leave requests must be submitted as single-day entries to ensure timely processing. Multi-day requests cannot be split; if only part of a request can be approved, it will need to be resubmitted.
Leave requests for Night shift employees: When submitting leave requests, please enter the exact hours of your shift ‐ for example, 2300 (one day) to 0700 (the next day). If the full-time range isn′t entered, only the first hour of your request will be processed as leave.
